- Identity verification may be required using a National ID card or other valid government-issued identification.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be completed.
- Bonuses & Promotions: Bonus withdrawals are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly until all applicable conditions have been met.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If suspicious or unlawful payments are detected, 9995 reserves the right to investigate the associated account and place a hold on the relevant funds.
